Campus Network (WiFi)
Basic Information
- The campus network is WiFi, network names: QDU-1X and QDU-Web
- Requires payment to activate, provider is China Mobile
- Account: Student ID
- Password: Last 10 digits of ID card
- First month of campus network is free
- A router can be used

- Connect to QDU-1X or QDU-Web and log in with your account and password
About Campus Network
The campus network is not mandatory; choose according to your needs. At the start of school, you will receive a phone card from the university with complimentary campus data, which is usually sufficient if you only use mobile data.
Mobile Phone Card
- The phone card provided by the university can be used once activated
- After arriving at school, you can bring your ID card or other valid documents to the Mobile Business Hall to apply for CMCC-EDU wireless internet, broadband, and in-network calls.
- You are not required to use the phone card included with the admission notice; you can choose your own. You can also apply on-site at the college on the registration day.
- All carriers (China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom) have similar speeds on campus; choose based on personal preference.
Dormitory Network
- Some dormitories can have wired internet (consult customer service yourself)
- Jinjialing Campus West Campus can have China Telecom or China Mobile wired internet
- Jinjialing Building No. 9 cannot have wired internet
- Yingyuan Dormitory: China Mobile has fast but unstable speed, China Unicom is stable but average speed
- Dormitories have 24-hour power supply, voltage 220V, high-power appliances are strictly prohibited
- Starting from 2025, all dormitories are fully equipped with air conditioning, and all have heating.
Library Internet Access
Students with a library borrowing card can access the internet for free in the electronic reading room on the second floor of the library.
