Campus Overview

Qingdao University covers an area of 2,496 mu with over 41,000 full-time students. In 2025, the university invested heavily to complete the installation of 7,566 air conditioners, achieving full coverage of air conditioning in student dormitories! This is a huge change; from now on, QDU dormitories say goodbye to the era without air conditioning. Meanwhile, the new student dormitory project on Fushan Campus (Buildings A, B, C, expected to provide about 4,847 beds) has started construction, with a construction period from June 2025 to 2027, when living conditions will further improve.

Loyalty Declaration of Dormitory Air Conditioning

The great air conditioner has descended upon its loyal QDU.
