Campus One-Card
The One-Card is essential for students for dining, bathing, and dormitory access. It is used for dormitory entry, meals, and showers; please keep it safe.
How to Top Up

Loss Reporting and Replacement
If your One-Card is lost:
- Immediately use the "Youka" APP to report the loss and prevent unauthorized use
- Go to a manual top-up location or self-service top-up machine to proceed
- After replacing the card, you need to re-register for door access
Door Access Registration
A replaced One-Card requires re-registration for door access. Please bring your student ID to Room 403, Duxing Building to re-register.
Payment Methods
- Supports Alipay payment
- WeChat Pay is not supported
Bathroom Use
- Swipe your campus card to use, costs 2 yuan per use
- Charges are based on water usage; if less than 2 yuan is used, the difference will be refunded
- Water will stop after exceeding 2 yuan; remove your campus card and swipe again to continue
Student ID Card
Application and Registration
After enrollment, the college will organize unified student ID card application and registration.
- Used for purchasing train tickets (enjoy student discounts)
- The destination should be the nearest train station to your home for easy ticket collection
- The magnetic strip must be attached during registration
Replacement
If your student ID is lost, you can bring your ID card or other valid documents to the Student Affairs Hall for replacement. Generally, there are two replacement opportunities per semester.
Bank Card
Qingdao University issues a China Construction Bank bank card with the admission notice.
| Item | Description |

| Purpose | Deposit money to pay tuition fees, also for personal expenses |
| Activation | Any China Construction Bank branch can activate it (recommended to activate after arriving in Qingdao, may have small benefits) |
| Loss | Immediately report the loss to the bank, then contact your counselor |
| Importance | The university uses this card to deduct tuition fees and issue scholarships; it is recommended to use the university-issued card |
ATM Distribution
Jinjialing Campus: East side of East Campus Building No. 10, West Campus East Gate, West Campus Small West Gate, Second Cafeteria Jianhu, and 711 convenience store have ATMs from Agricultural Bank, China Construction Bank, Bank of China, Qingdao Bank, Rural Commercial Bank, etc.
Fushan Campus: Near Yingyuan Cultural Celebrity Restaurant in East Campus, Near Liuyuan Restaurant in North Campus, Near Renyuan Restaurant, Near Xueyuan Shopping Mall, etc., have ATMs from China Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank, China Everbright Bank, Postal Savings Bank, etc.
Library Borrowing Card
The college will handle this uniformly; you need to fill in personal information and attach a front-facing one-inch photo. With this card, you can borrow books from the library and access the internet for free in the electronic reading room on the second floor of the library.
